CMR Dancers Sell Prom Dresses to Raise Money for Trip

Prom season is headed our way and a group at CMR is hoping that search for the perfect dress will help pay for a trip to a national dance competition.

The dancers say the idea to sell dresses was a team effort. “A lot of the moms decided this would be a good fundraiser. Last year, a Catholic school did this as a fundraiser, but didn’t make that much money, so we decided to try it and see if we could make more. Last year, we went to California for Regionals and took first, so now we’re going to go to Nationals and see if we can take first again,” CMR Junior Kayla Cushman says.
