Nicole Richie was seen at lunch with her husband Joel Madden, and some friends. She was wearing Paige Premium jeans. I like how she is not wearing the usual skinny jean. I think boot cuts look great on any girl. They make them look taller. The super long length doesn’t bother me either. I love everything about this outfit: animal print, scarf, hat, even the moccasins. Nicole can do no wrong in my book. But I do hope she broadens her choices of denim brands.

Is it me or is does this girl spend a lot of time at the nail salon? Kim Kardashian was wearing Bebe jeans on one of her many trips to the nail salon. Kim has been spotted in these a few months back. To me these jeans resemble the 7 For All Mankind in Super Vintage Nakita. I prefer the outfit with the sandals more than with the boots. Which do you prefer?
Tina (full name Celestine Knowles) filed for divorce from her husband of 29 years on Nov. 11, 2009 in Harris County, Texas.
The marriage between the 55-year-old stylist/fashion designer and the 58-year-old music mogul has had its share of controversy in recent years amid rumors of Mathew's infidelity.
In October, TMZ reported that Mathew was slapped with a paternity suit by a woman named Alexsandra Wright.
Wright, a 30-something marketing executive who Mathew alleged scored a short-lived job at Interscope Records while his daughter Solange was signed there, is currently eight months pregnant.
A rep for Music World Entertainment did not respond to a request for comment at press time.
Morrissey has never been one to miss a photo op - well, except for those two years now that's he declined to show on Fashion Week's runways. But he told me that after Lara's bloody brouhaha hit the headlines, he realised they were both from Yowie Bay and looked her up.
So what of the magic moments from yesterday? Problem was, they were thin on the ground - certainly none had popped by my deadline last night.
Gail Sorronda really stood out in the group shows but she should do a solo show next time around if she can manage it. You can have an endless series of pretty frocks and snappy tailoring, but Fashion Weeks are all about what us fashion folk commonly refer to as "fashion moments".
The dresses in Aurelio Costarella's show, which unfortunately I missed while writing today's story, did look absolutely beautiful in the photos - I saw the entire collection once I finally arrived home, at about 10.30pm.
So yes, I stand corrected on the show timing front. Although things weren't auguring well after the Akira show delay, somehow Fashion Week got back on time. I must say it's the first time in 11 years that shows have started so close to the advertised times.
I was running to one show as the doors were about to close - and it was 10 minutes past schedule. Maybe they took a few leaves out of the Kiwis' show books. Their shows run like clockwork. The head of NZ Fashion Week, Pieter Stewart, is one very chic sargeant major.
This morning I'll be at Icebergs down in Bondi for the Kirrily Johnston show at 9am. Great location for a show, especially for any internationals who are new to this town. Like Costarella, Johnston also just keeps getting better, so looking forward to it.
Just to answer a couple of blog questions. Sorry for the delay. Someone asked if Milich & Morton are showing. Not this year. They have however just opened their first boutique at 12 Glenmore Road, Paddington. Just at the Glenmore Road/Oxford Street intersection there. For anyone unfamiliar with Sydney's retail hangs, this area has become a hip new hotspot. Lots of boutiques (from Sass & Bide's first freestanding store to Kiwi label World to Scanlan & Theodore and Tsubi).
Someone also asked about Tight Knickers. It's a brand, dude (www.denimsquare.com). But I'm sure that wasn't the answer you were hoping for.
Finally, we've been recording some shows on video. Click here for the Caravana show and an interview with the designers.
Ashley Green is shown here at the celebration of the December edition of Maxim Magazine, She appears in it and I’m sure it’s going to be a nice spread. I love the top picture of her looking back, is as if she asking me to bed with that look. Notice how she is a bigger star than that Kristen Stewart? Yes because this girl is hot and Kristen Stewart looks like a girl that should be working at a supermarket cleaning the aisles. Why am I making the comparison? Because they are in a movie together call Twilight and the ugly one has the main part in it, that bothers me if you haven’t notice.

Khloé and KimKardashian attend a benefit for the Trevor Project at the Wiltern. It's just a hunch, but we think they used the same hairstylist for their matching pompadour 'dos.
Grammys were rings, Beyoncé could end up with enough for all 10 fingers.

Not far behind was fellow Album of the Year nominee Taylor Swift, whose 2010 promises to be just as good as her '09 after racking up eight nominations behind the strength of her sophomore studio effort, Fearless.
Kanye West, Maxwell and the Black Eyed Peas are tied with six nods apiece.
Beyoncé and Swift's competition for top album honors includes the Peas' The E.N.D., the Dave Matthews Band's Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King and Lady Gaga's The Fame.

This is definitely a huge trend. It originates from another Spring/Summer 2009 trend of boyfriend jeans and is widely spread among Tinseltown citizens.
Everyone, from Jennifer Aniston to Halle Berry, Amanda Peet to Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller, Gwen Stefani, Rachel Bilson, Megan Fox, the list can go on and on as everyone is crazy about rolled-up jeans!
The good thing about this trend is that you can pair your pants with practically anything – any kind of shoes from flip-flops to stilettos, from wedges to uggs, you can complete your look with any kind of jewelry, any top or cardigan or shirt, or tee. Isn’t it a kind of fashion & style relief for us all?
Rolled-up jeans look great with large bags, all kinds of hats, and scarves. It’s universal casual wear for this season and looks like the trend will continue for a little while more as it’s really comfy.
As experts say, make sure you don’t roll up your jeans a way too high or resemble a pirate.
