Lindsay Lohan in court again, claims to be the victim

Lindsay Lohan is very often in the news, and in recent times very often in court too. The tempestuous actor, singer and model first featured on the big screen in Disney's The Parent Trap in 1998 when she was just 11 years old.

She has always had a very good sense of style and has been the face for various fashion labels including MiuMiu, Jill Stuart and Fornarina as well as launching her own clothing line, 6126.

In recent years, however, her career has been going downhill what with trips to rehabilitation centers and jail. She has recently made an effort to revitalize her career through Labor Films in 2009 and Machete in 2010.

Most recently though, after several misdemeanors and trips to the court, she had voluntarily entered the Betty Ford Center, which is a drug and alcohol treatment center.

It was reported yesterday, first by TMZ, that a staffer of the institute was claiming to be the victim of battery in an altercation with Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay on the other hand claims that she is the victim and that witnesses and the surveillance video will show that.
